Came across the type I ended up developing for the Glass Devant project - the reason i ended up naming the building was through looking at some recent Urban developments, where designers had named the building, to help give it a personality. This particular building had a big glass front, but to me, this sounded more like a waterside restaurant or pub! The french 'Devant' for infront helped to give it that slight touch to suggest home developments & slightly more stylish living (as the flats were mostly aimed at young professionals, first time, young buyers). The turquoise tinge & glass texture on the type is actually photos of the glass from the building.
